I am an Italian performer based in London.
I am interested in the body, its mechanics and dynamics, the presence in space and the creative act of failing. At the National Dance Academy in Rome and Goldsmiths University of London is where I have managed to find a personal language, relatable but not always to the one of Performing Arts.
Currently I work as a freelance performer and creator, collaborating with professional artists from different backgrounds. My movement is shaped after the experience on the Italian Alps as a free kid. Climbing mountains, skiing and riding horses have given me the opportunity to be on top of my body and develop a unique way of feeling the presence in space.
Immensely inspiring, my family have made a huge impact on the way I translate the world around me and in my practice, where I need to discover adrenaline, explore the surreal and respect the rituals as meaningful root of my European culture.
