The aim is to convey ease and relaxation through breath control, openness and fun, in order to preserve the original motivation to swim and perceive the body as a whole.

Everyone has a personal motivation to the movement that deserves to be supported and is rewarding watching the students growing in confidence exceeding their expectations.

I like teaching swimming because the water puts everyone at the same level, everyone is fearful in the same way with no distinction of gender, age or class.
